This year’s Smart China Expo was staged online from Chongqing in China. Singapore was a second venue.

Numerous big data-based tech and smart applications developed in China were unveiled.

The expo featured six virtual areas - online Chongqing, smart products, intelligent manufacturing, smart applications, intelligence tech and regional development.

Two virtual pavilions focussed on smart town and smart city developments.

CISDI’s 500 square-metre virtual exhibition booth showcased the company’s latest developments and references in steel intelligent manufacturing, and its big data platform for steel and urban construction.

The company launched its CISDigital 2.0 platform at the expo. Its intellisense, cross-procedure/system resource allocation and collaborative optimisation will maximise data values and transform manufacturing modes for the steel sector.

Viewers of CISDI’s booth were able to access multiple videos demonstrating its Q-Touch city administration tech and Qingzhu, CISDI’s smart construction site tech for government services, urban construction and industrial parks.
