Having won Baosteel’s trust on important projects, CISDI has now been contracted to rebuild reheating furnace 3 at the company’s 2,050mm hot rolling line in Shanghai.

CISDI previously built and also rebuilt the reheating furnace at Baosteel’s 1,880mm hot rolling line, which is operating smoothly and efficiently.

The reheating furnace 3’s rebuild will feature the following CISDI technologies:

✔    Green combustion for ultra-low NOx emissions

✔    Digital pulse combustion control

✔    Self-optimising control for air to fuel ratio

The rebuild will increase temperature control precision and more maintain uniform temperatures. The furnace’s unit consumption and emission indicators will meet higher green standards.
