CISDI is to build two new blast furnaces for Guangxi Shenglong Metallurgy Co. in China’s Guangxi Province.

The 20-year-old steel plant is based in Fangchenggang City.

The general layout of its ironmaking area will be optimised and CISDI’s eco-friendly, state-of-the-art tech and equipment will be applied to the two new blast furnaces.

CISDI is responsible for the design, procurement and construction. Each highly efficient furnace will have a volume of 2,500 cubic metres and be built for low energy consumption, smooth operation, long campaign life and environmental protection.
